ADMINISTRATIVE INTERNSHIP

3-6 month

Assist in daily routine administrative work and follow up
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
Process documents
Performs data entry in relation to documents received
Provide administrative support such as filling documentation

SALES DEPARTMENT

Full Time

Grow existing customer base
Organize, execute and implement sales and collection strategies to achieve company’s sales and collection goal
Merchandising and promotion planning
Building goodwill with new and existing customers
Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales, collection and other fundamental targets

WAREHOUSE DEPARTMENT

Full time

To be responsible for daily store activities, such as outgoing/incoming inventory.
Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labelling.
Receiving and matching items against the purchase orders.
Responsible to keep the layout in order and ensuring that goods properly stored for easy retrieval.
Able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the store.
Day to day up keeping of the store
Undertake other job responsibilities assigned by the superior.
